Such a beautiful villa and location! We were greeted by a poison dart frog upon arrival, saw a basilisk, and many birds, and enjoyed many glorious sunsets. The villa was clean, private, well-organized, and comfortably furnished. It was a little hard to find – be sure to use the GPS coordinates they send you later instead of the GMaps link to the villa or you will end up at the wrong place. There are some delicious (though pricey) restaurants in Ojochal, and plenty more in Uvita just 15-20 minutes drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

This home, the views, and the wildlife interactions create an experience like no other. The home offers comfort in every aspect , and Ifeatures a modern design with high end features throughout. You are actually in the jungle and can hear the toucans sing, see the macaws fly, and watch the monkeys play. It is beyond amazing. The home is so perfect, we found it hard to leave and view the rest of Manuel Antonio. We will definitely make it an annual destination.

Excellent home – we had a great stay in Uvita! Almost everything about this property was perfect. We loved the location – close to the beach, restaurants, groceries – but very quiet at night. Great layout – my wife and I at one end with our own bathroom, and the kids at the other end with 2 bedrooms and their own bathroom. Kitchen was perfect and well equipped. Pool was amazing (a bit bigger than it looks in the photos) and the yard was great. The only minus on this property was the furniture – the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable – we could barely get through a movie at night sitting on it, and the outdoor furniture was terrible – the cheapest plastic furniture you could find. We mainly ate out in restaurants, but the times we did eat at the house, there was nowhere comfortable to sit. Overall a great home and we will def. be back to stay again (hopefully with some upgraded furniture next time!) Osa property management was a pleasure to work with.

Very comfortable beds and home. The location was convenient. Less than 10 minutes to Ojochal. The staff at Osa Property Management were extremely helpful with booking our tours and providing restaurant recommendations.

This is a beautiful house with an amazing view. The space in the house is very comfortable and easy for small groups to share. It is difficult to find a spot in the house without a fantastic view of the ocean and jungle. We spent a lot of time enjoying the infinity pool and deck area. It was really difficult to find good enough reasons to leave. We frequently heard the howler monkeys and toucans nearby, and also got to see toucans perched in trees or flying past the house. Beds are extremely comfortable and we loved having a view from the showers. Balconies off of the bedrooms are huge and also have fantastic views, especially of sunrise and sunset. The road to the house is a bit of an adventure, requiring 4×4, but you get used to it, and the house is worth it.

We would recommend some additional lighting in the living, dining, and bedroom areas for reading and activities like games or puzzle making. It gets dark pretty early and lighting would make the evening hours a little easier to enjoy.

The staff at YouGetHere property were so helpful in planning and in responding to any requests. We would 100% recommend this house!

The house was great. Loved the space. Sadly the WiFi did not work but that was beyond their control as something had effected the power station that puts off the WiFi Signal in the neighborhood. The hot water also was not working because the tank was empty but once it was fixed it was fine. But it was great that they had maintenance on it to resolve it. Everything else was perfect. Our recent stay at this lovely home was an absolute DREAM from start to finish. The key highlight of this property was its prime location. Positioned conveniently close to all essential amenities and attractions, it allowed us to effortlessly explore Costa Rica and still be able to return to recharge. Our kids have food allergies and the management ensured that everything at home was safe for our kiddos which we truly appreciated. Attention to details/amenities left us wanting for nothing – whatever we needed, it was there. Initially we were apprehensive due to the listing being brand new with limited reviews, but the management and the listing proved to be exceptionally reliable and proactive. Our kids LOVED the swimming pool. It was cleaned regularly and we loved that kids had their own little section. Despite the property’s proximity to the bustling surroundings, home provides a sense of peace and tranquility. In conclusion, undeniably WORTH IT! Thank you so much!
