We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica at Casa Trogon! The house was quaint and homey, in a great location, and had all the amenities that we had hoped. The pool was also a great addition and perfect for those hot Costa Rican days. Nick and Abigail were great and very helpful during our trip. They were always friendly and accessible if we ever needed them. Overall, we had an amazing time in Costa Rica and will definitely by going back in the years to come! Pura Vida!

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO residences and this might have been the best of them all. It’s legit that you’re truly immersed in the middle of the rainforest – secluded and so peaceful.

Just be sure to pay attention to the need for a 4×4 vehicle. That’s very legit. But if you have one, you’ll be fine.

This place is paradise! It is even better than the photos! All of the bedrooms are designed with the views in mind so you wake up and see tropical flowers, the pool, and coast in the distance. You could sit out by the pool and feel immersed in nature with tons of butterflies/hummingbirds flying around with the sounds of toucans in the nearby trees.
Property management company was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process
We had a few issues with power outages(<2hrs at a time) and water outages (twice at >12 hrs at a time.) It seemed like the water issues were unusual because the property company offered to move us to another property and offered a discount for the time that we were without. Internet was super reliable the whole time.
It was our first time in Costa Rica so with some flight delays, customs being longer than expected (2hrs), and the drive from SJO being longer than expected (>3hrs) we arrived later than expected. You definitely need 4×4 for the last 1km.

Casa Kingfisher allowed our family to enjoy Costa Rica at an affordable price. The amenities the villa has and the service from Osa Property Management was wonderful.

Amazing place to stay. Lots of space and BEAUTIFUL views. Very private, but you will definitely need a 4×4 car to get up. Host was very helpful and responded very quickly for anything I needed before, during and after my stay.

The villa was perfect, safe, and super easy to find. The rental company took care of everything. We could not ask for more. Bonus is the organic market and coffee across the street!
