The Osa group was very responsive and proactive with communication. Check in: we could’ve met closer to the property, sitting on the side of a busy road waiting for a team member did not feel ideal, but maybe there’s an issue with other travelers getting lost? We realized the hot water did not work the morning after checkin. Osa quickly responded to our message and this was fixed by the afternoon. They provided great activity recommendations and coordinated booking. In particular, Costa Rica Surf were an awesome group of instructors. The kitchen was well stocked. Property was very comfortable. Response: Thank you for your feedback Hailey – we really appreciate it. We are opening a new Osa Property Management office about 10 minutes from the property in 2 months so we will definitely move the meeting point to that location. Guests have gotten lost in the past as there are no street signs in this area and it can be intimidating driving on a gravel road the first time without being escorted up and following one of our Team Members. This was the perfect place for our very first Costa Rica adventure! The house and the property are beautiful and very well maintained, the views are amazing. It is absolutely secluded and private but still only a short distance to restaurants and beach. You can even hear the sounds of the ocean. The perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The hike to the waterfall feels like a private nature reserve. The setup of the house is perfect for a family with older children or teenagers because the lower part is seperated from the upper part by outdoor stairs. My boys loved that they had their own space downstairs. We saw different butterflies and birds, frogs, lizards and even a coati. In the morning and evening you can hear the howler monkeys. We felt really well taken care of by Osa Property Management, they always offered help if we need it and were very quick to respond. Upon arrival they guided us to the house, which was superhelpful because we arrived after dark. We loved it!

We had an amazing stay in Uvita! The property was even better than the pictures – stunning views, lush nature all around, and the sound of beautiful birds chirping each morning. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and while we were a group of 4, it could easily accommodate 6 comfortably. The home is modern, spotless, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The beach is close by and absolutely beautiful, with amazing dinner spots just down the hill (highly recommend Momento Sushi if you’re a sushi lover.) Incredible value for what you get, and while we made it there fine in our 2WD car, a 4WD would be smart during the rainy season. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home!! This place has everything we needed, plus more! When we walked up and saw the pool, with complete privacy…. We were ready to move in! All of the amenities are here, including a washer and dryer. This home has been built with comfort in mind. The bed is extremely comfortable, and lots of storage space to unpack and relax. You definitely need a 4×4 to get here, but we have found that is pretty much the norm for everywhere in Costa Rica. Absolutely appreciated the host having beach chairs and a cooler there for our use. This has been our 5th place this summer and this is the first time there has been the chairs and cooler. Came in handy! Suggestion would be to put down some shale rock in the area where you park, as we had ALOT of rain, and it was all mud and water. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone coming to the Ojochal/Uvita area, and if were ever to venture back this way, we would absolutely book again 🙂 You made a week of our honeymoon very special.

Die Lage ist großartig, ruhig und dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Zielen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend und lädt dazu ein, jede freie Minute dort zu verbringen. Wat hebben we het heerlijk gehad in deze woning. Met twee tieners op reis is het sowieso fijn om een zwembad ter beschikking te hebben. Er waren genoeg handdoeken. Een uitgebreid handboek met uitleg en suggesties. Een keuken voorzien van alle gemakken. En de organisatie reageerde snel als er toch iets was. We hadden een eekhoornenfamilie in de palmboom in het huis, overvliegende ara’s en dicht bij het nationale park. Supermarkten en een bakkerij in de buurt en allerlei plekken waar je lekker kan eten. We hebben genoten !

Un apartamento muy bien equipado, con vista espectacular y en general todas las amenidades necesarias. Tomar en cuenta las escaleras de acceso a la propiedad, pero es uno de los mejores alojamientos en la zona para dos personas que he alquilado, y no dudaría en volver.

We had a lovely stay at this property in Uvita. The kitchen was fully equipped, the outdoor grill was perfect for meals, and the pool was very refreshing during the warm days. We loved being close to the beach for walks, and the nature nearby made the it feel extra special. The house was spotless, and the thoughtful touch of fresh fruit and coffee after our long journey was much appreciated! The only small challenge we experienced was with the WiFi after a rainstorm. We understand that’s typical for the area, but mentioning it in case future guests plan to rely on it for work, as we did. Overall a great experience, thank you for having us!
